Owner and Founder of Ruffle Butts, quit real estate and waited for inspiration. It came the day she shopped for old-fashioned baby bloomers as a gift..."I'd been waiting for the thing I was meant to do," said Schaub, 30, of Belmont. "I picked up the phone and called my mother and said 'I think I know what kind of business I want to start Amber Schaub had a simple goal: To create a cute and modern version of the ruffled diaper cover or baby bloomer that was such a staple of her childhood wardrobe. The line she created is fun, hip & feminine, made of 100% cotton with quality construction. They designed their brand to include multiple colors and patterns which can be mixed-and-matched in order to make the lives of busy moms a little easier. Her family and her are strong in their faith and run their business accordingly. They follow the golden rule: "do unto others as you would have done unto you." Values and ethics are imperative to their business and they will do everything in their power to do the "right thing."
