The top halves are fully lined with 100% soft yellow cotton fabric, and the bottom halves are lined with breathable cotton mesh. They have Reflectors around the hems for safety. 100% Polyurethane Exterior. Can be worn over light or heavy clothing. Zippers are covered both on the inside and the outside with exterior fabric.
