ONLINE: Shop by brand, by category or by age group. Double click on the item of interest and you will get the description of the item. Choose the size you are interested in and add the item to your Shopping Cart. Once you are done shopping, double click on View Cart and Check Out. Fill the shipping and billing information.

BY E-MAIL: You can also e-mail your order to orders@comfykid.com Once we have received your order with the item descriptions including color and size, we will e-mail or call you with the total cost. We can take your credit card information over the phone or you can mail us a money order. The items will be shipped once the payment has been received. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not get an order confirmation within 24 hours after submitting your order, we did not receive your order. Please try to place your order again or call us at our toll free number (877) 479 9040. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming your shipment.



For your protection, the pages where you type the ship to and bill to address on your orders are encrypted via the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the gold standard in Internet encryption technology.

Once you enter the page where you type your credit card infirmation you will be on PayPals website, regardless if you choose a PayPal account or a credit card as payment.

How secure is the PayPal site?

The PayPal site is highly secure. They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

We at Comfykid respect your privacy and security and therefore will never sell or give out any personal information about you.


Should you wish to return an unused, unwashed item, for any reason, you may do so at your own cost within 60 days of delivery, for an exchange or for store credit. If you wish to return the item for a full refund of the item, you must do so within 30 days of delivery. Gift wrapping and shipping charges are only refunded if we made a mistake in your order. Comfykid.com is not responsible for any lost returns. If you request an exchange we will cover the cost of re-shipping an item to you (up to $5.00). If the item cost more to ship we will contact you via phone or e-mail.

Comfykid.com uses Fed Ex for shipping if the shipping address is in the continental United States. Every item has been weighed and you will be charged an estimated freight depending on the weight of your package, which zone you want it shipped to and which Fed Ex service you choose at check out for shipping the package. If the actual freight turns out to be more than the estimated freight we charge you, Comfykid.com will pay the difference. We try to ship orders the same day they are received, but this is not always possible. Allow 1-2 days processing time for all orders + 2-3 business days shipping for USPS or 4-7 business days for orders shipped via Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Territories and Military mail we use U.S. Priority Mail. Allow 1-2 days processing time + 3-5 days for shipping.


We use the US Postal Service to ship products outside of the United States. A $14.00 temporary shipping fee will be charged when you place your order. We will get quotes from USPS after weighing your package and contact you by phone or e-mail with your shipping choices and to ask your permission to charge any extra shipping costs to your credit card. Comfykid.com is not responsible for any lost international shipments. These are normally your choices:

  • First Class: The number of days this shipping method takes varies, and may take up to four weeks. This method does not come with any insuance and does not get a tracking number.
  • Priority Mail: This method normally takes between 6-10 days and some insurance is included in the price. You have the option of purchasing insurance for the full order amount with this method. Priority mail comes with a tracking number.
  • Express Mail: This method takes an average of 5 days and comes with insurance and tracking numbert.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


Comfykid.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. If you order by phone or e-mail you can also pay with a Money Order. Money orders should be mailed to:

7.25% Sales Tax is applicable for Merchandise shipped to residents in California. Comfykid will incur any district taxes, if applicable. There will be no sales tax added to orders shipped out of California.
